Instructor: Natasha Monahan Papousek | In this fun, hands-on, educational introductory workshop, learn about the ancient art of henna. Explore everything needed to get you started making henna art: its history and traditions, basic science, traditional designs from around the world, how to mix henna paste, how to roll cones and draw with them, basic design elements, design care and aftercare. Each participant will receive a kit that includes: an instruction booklet, a fresh henna cone, a practice henna cone with non-staining lotion, fresh henna powder and materials to make your own cone at home after the class is over. Please register in advance.
