Seaport Sessions is a weekly speaker series and mixer. Speaker Anne Margarger is the Executive Director of Padres Pedal the Cause in San Diego. She is responsible for community building in support of the organization’s mission to accelerate cures for cancer through collaborate medical research. Marbarger began working with Pedal the Cause in 2015 as director of programs and was promoted to lead the organization the following year. Through team efforts and her leadership, the organization’s annual event raised more than $2.94 million in 2018, with 100% of fundraising dollars benefitting 4 leading San Diego cancer research institutions.
