Farm-to-Bottle DIY Kombucha Workshop
This class will cover how to make kombucha safely at home, including secondary flavoring. We will use herbs picked fresh from the farm. The experience includes: Instruction on how to make kombucha at home, Flight of Kombucha tasters, An herb walk to pick herbs to flavor your own bottle of kombucha, Take-home live kombucha culture (SCOBY), Take-home 16oz swing top bottle of kombucha that you will flavor in class with seasonal fruits and herbs.
