A Lunch with No Waste
As a travelling Personal Chef I have seen crazy amounts of food waste. I am offering some seasonal cooking classes in which we will use all our vegetables and try to create no waste. Join me for this first class with a wonderful winter menu. We will be cooking together and then eating a healthy waste-free lunch. We will prepare: Potato Leek Soup with carrot top pesto Beet Green and Mushroom Burger with Potato skins and cilantro stem aioli Salad of cilantro leaves, fennel & fronds, beets, orange segments, scallions, & black olives Banana Carrot Gluten-free Bread.
