Writing to Heal: A Day Long Retreat
Join us for a relaxing and stimulating day-long writing retreat at the Shambhala Meditation Center. Writing as a way of healing is both gentle and effective. Learn powerful techniques grounded in research that can help you to Boost your immune system Create community Heal emotional wounds Decrease depression and anxiety Reduce stress Improve your mood and feel a greater sense of well-being Together we will be meditating, practicing expressive writing, witnessing, and sharing (and will have a few surprise break out options). The goal of the retreat is to both calm the soul and ignite your passion for life.
