Return to the Wild: California Wolf Center Gala
The California Wolf Center is pleased to invite you to our annual fundraising gala! California Wolf Center is dedicated to the return of wild wolves to their natural habitat and to the people who share the landscape with them. We foster communities coming together to ensure wolves, livestock, and people thrive in today’s world. You’re invited to join us for an evening of special guest speakers and fine art over dinner and drinks as we raise funds to benefit our wolf conservation efforts. With your help, we will be able to create a new way forward for wild wolf recovery. This event will feature: “Pulse! Live Art with Heart” with artist Amy Burkman An extraordinarily unique and mesmerizing art performance show incorporating speed-painting, choreography, music, and philanthropy. Watch as artist Amy Burkman transforms a blank canvas into a beautiful work of art within minutes to energizing music. Live and Silent Auction During these auctions, emceed by Shawn Styles, you'll have a chance to purchase beautiful original works of art and handmade crafts contributed by our community of skilled artisans, as well as special offers provided by local businesses and sponsors. Special Guest Speaker, Hilary Anderson of the Tom Miner Basin Association The community-based Tom Miner Basin Association is focused on preserving the wild landscapes of the Yellowstone area, which is both ecologically beneficial for wildlife and biologically productive for ranchers. They are dedicated to working together with the local ranching community to minimize conflicts between predators, livestock, and humans, while also educating the public on the importance of safety and respect for the region’s wildlife.
