San Diego Opera: Little Red Riding Hood
San Diego Opera presents a free family-friendly performance of LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD Come one, come all to San Diego Opera’s FREE day of opera and fun, perfect for all ages on Saturday, May 19! Arrive early as the day begins with a Family Fun hour at 1 PM with free face painting, kettle corn, and balloon artists. Then, at 2 PM, it’s a family-and-kid-friendly operatic performance of the classic fairy tale, Little Red Riding Hood complete with ‘Red’, her Grandma, the Woodsman, and oh no, a Wolf with a bad tummy! You’ll love this one-act opera sung in English by San Diego Opera’s Opera Exposed! young artist program, all fully staged with costumes and sets.
