Serbesa Craft Beer & Filipino Kitchen Pop Up
SERBESA- an upcoming destination for good beer, good vibes, and classic Filipino dishes in San Diego, CA
When his grandmother passed away, Khris Astudillo had an idea with his brother and cousins to open a bar and bring the traditional Filipino recipes of his family to the masses. Six years later, SERBESA is the culmination of that idea. Originally intended to be called "Cousins", Khris chose the name SERBESA (beer in Tagalog) instead because it combines the spirit of your favorite bar with his memories of the family parties growing up. Those events were always full of love; for family, for friends, and for his culture.
At the moment SERBESA, Craft Beer & Filipino Kitchen is doing pop-up events, festivals, and catering. But the ultimate goal is to find a location and fulfill the dream! SERBESA will be a place where San Diego's rich craft beer culture and authentic Filipino cuisine will combine to create one delicious force. When you’re at SERBESA, you’re home!
