Fermented Pairings: Before and After
Volume 27 of the Fermented Pairings Series will feature four before-and-after examples of fermented foods, ranging from fresh, vibrant fruits and veggies, to tart and funky fermented samples of the same foods. White Labs is teaming up with Executive Chef Chuy of The Good Seed Food Company, who will lend his culinary expertise to deliver a one-of-a-kind, experience of fermented foods. Joined by White Labs Education and Engagement Curator Erik Fowler, Chef Chuy will lead a 90-minute classroom-style discussion that covers a before-and-after approach of fermenting foods. These creations will be paired with five White Labs beers.
