Easy Gluten Free
Whether you have Celiac Disease, you're gluten-intolerant, or just looking for a way to cut gluten out of your diet, join us for a hands-on class that Chef Daniela will guide you through for easy, healthy gluten-free dishes. To start, we use our locally grown heirloom tomatoes to create a fresh bruschetta that will top a buttery, crunchy toast. For our main course: pizza! You will have the option of a marinara or pesto sauce to top your very own, handmade cauliflower pizza crust (with a wide variety of topping options).
