This event will feature industry principals who will share their real estate predictions and their rationale for these expectations. This year's featured speakers will include Norm Miller, Hahn Chair of Real Estate Finance at the University of San Diego School of Business, and Tim Sullivan, managing principal of Meyers Research. Miller and Sullivan will provide national and local forecasts of residential markets. Sullivan will also moderate a panel following his presentation.
