Every Tuesday from 5 pm till close we feature a guest chef to create three additional tacos to our menu for that evening.
Tuesday, September 19 we welcome Chef Nick Barainca, Executive Chef and Owner of Gargantua. Chef Nick, a native of the Antelope Valley town of Lancaster, moved to L.A. to get serious about cooking. After graduating from the Art Institute in Santa Monica he worked at high-end restaurants such as Melisse and Röckenwagner before getting a job at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. This year Chef Nick opened pop-up restaurant Gargantua in Santa Monica.
