Three-course dinner featuring modern updates to the traditional Thanksgiving favorites, including roasted Chino Farms sweet potato, seared Hudson Valley foie gras, free-range Diestel turkey breast, red wine braised beef cheeks, Chino Farms vegetable pot pie, almond shortcake, and our toasted oat ice cream with caramelized white chocolate crémeux, coffee-milk foam, and caramel. As always, vegetarian and vegan options happily prepared upon request.
