Beer vs. Wine
Who will win? It's up to your vote! Four-course meal will be paired with beer by Brian Jensen from Bottlecraft and with wine by Greg Majors from Grape Smuggler. You'll then eat each course paire with both selected beer and wine and vote on which works the best. Dinner prepared by Blue Bridge Hospitality's Executive Chef Tim Kolanko and Chef de Cuisine Ronnie Schwandt.
