One Dish Wonders
This menu is a lovely dinner party, but each menu item is a fabulous stand-alone, perfectly transportable for a potluck or picnic. Feed a few (with leftovers in mind), or satisfy a hungry crowd with a mere wave of the hand.
Menu: warm salad of potatoes and green beans with hand-chopped pesto, red wine-braised chicken with tomatoes, peppers and Spanish chorizo, creamy polenta, spicy devil's food cake with poured dark chocolate ganache.
