Virgin Mary: An Interfaith Movie Screening
Maryam Moqaddas, which translates to Holy Mary or Virgin Mary, is a film about the life of Mary, mother of Jesus, produced in 1997 in the Islamic Republic of Iran and later dubbed into the English language. The Noor Collective is humbled to be able to present a free screening of the film in a special interfaith gathering at the Malcolm X Library in honor of the birth anniversary of Jesus. The Prophet Muhammad signed a covenant with Christians of the world during his time and that covenant was not to expire until the end of time. Muslims and Christians have common ground in the love and adoration for the holy Mary, mother of the Holy Messiah Jesus, and the principles and values they espoused to the world. Christians and Muslims are welcome to attend this free screening.
