Korean Summer BBQ
Spice up your cooking repertoire with the exotic flavors of Korea. The instructor will introduce you to ingredients used to create Korea’s uniquely delicious cuisine and teach you the ancient art of Korean barbecue. You’ll enjoy working alongside classmates, learning techniques for everything from marinating and grilling to cooking in a wok. Plus, we’ll share secrets for making quick pickles and working with kimchi.
Menu: Grilled kalbi shortrib wraps, sticky sweet grilled chicken, kimchi fried rice, quick pickled cucumbers with sesame and salt.
