Sir Richard Branson, best known as the founder and chairman of the Virgin group of more than 400 companies, promotes the screening of Breaking the Taboo, a documentary film about the war on drugs, produced by his son Sam Branson and narrated by Morgan Freeman. After the screening, there will be a 45-minute panel discussion addressing the issues covered in the documentary. Panelists include Scott Lewis, of Voice of San Diego, Sir Richard Branson, and Mayor Bob Filner, and others.
