Mozzarella and Ricotta Making
Chef Jack Fisher from Cucina Urbana will demonstrate the ease of making fresh ricotta and mozzarella. Participants will learn many ways to enjoy these Italian classics and get to take some home. Includes samples and a glass of complimentary wine.
