Welcome the Holidays — With Sushi!
Hands-on sushi-making class with executive sushi chef Jerry Warner promises "tutorial involving rice and fish selection, knife work with fish, handling sticky rice, creating both traditional and hand rolls, and more." Guests will taste their sushi creations and receive two sake tastings. Fee includes materials and ingredients; attendees receive a maki board to keep. Required reservations: 858-450-3355.
