A veteran of the indie music scene, San Diego-based singer-songwriter Christopher Cash combines the defiant character of post-punk, alternative favorites like the Psychedelic Furs and Wall of Voodoo with the sparkle and polish of today’s Euro-pop giants like Interpol and Snow Patrol. The California native has been in countless bands since the '80s, including the Privates, Gadflies, the Intelligence, and Wobblewire.

In 2005, Cash’s solo album, Hollywood Mirage, impressed critics. His second album from 2008, Invisible, was recorded with his regular performing band and produced by Jeff Berkley. The result is a sparkling, yet rootsy blend of guitars and classic keyboards providing the foundation for some great stories of metaphorical transparency reminiscent of bands like Counting Crows and Tom Petty.

Cash moved to Fallbrook in 2013 and took a brief hiatus from music to build a recording studio called Sonic-Rocket. He began playing solo shows around town, as well as with the four-piece Christopher Cash Band. As of 2019, he was fronting Christopher Cash and the Brilliant Deductions, an original band based in Fallbrook.

By day he fixes complex medical equipment and by night enjoys wine, and song. Next to become a member was Dick Winter. Dick is the perfect drummer for the group. He has all the style and simplicity of Ringo Starr, and is more than capable of stretching out into more complex rhythms. Dick can stick to a click-track like glue and always plays exactly what the song needs. The most recent addition to our star-studded lineup is lead guitarist Chris Mares. Chris is an accomplished singer/songwriter in his own right. He has a great sense of melody and knows how to rock."
