PETCO Snow Bird RV Park Opens (10/31/12)
PETCO Park, in downtown San Diego, opened its gates for its first year of operation as Snow Bird RV Park. Existing food courts, souvenir stands and rest rooms will remain open. Portable laundry rooms and showers were brought on site. The city council agreed based on the intention of reducing RV parking on city streets. Rental space is $200-300 per month, which includes full hook-ups: sewer, electricity, water and cable. .
