Looks like the barracuda are starting to bite in numbers, the tuna are still in town, and a finescale triggerfish decided to move north of its normal haunts. A few are caught each year from San Diego-based boats, especially during El Niño years, as the triggerfish is a tropical and subtropical species not given usually to water cooler than 70 degrees.
