Evan and Bingo walked into the room where the geek team of under 23s were. The Army youngster, Ann, was wrestling with her Navy counterpart, Johnny. Meanwhile, the CIA twenty something, was busy texting full speed. Evan shouted

"To order!!!"

The youngsters paid no attention. This was what was supposed to be a journey into the future. They lacked military discipline.

Evan looked at Bingo- full agreement. Evan rushed toward the CIA kidster and slapped the cell phone out out of his hand with the butt of his long gun. What did his long gun look like? None of your business, fool. What are you a detective? Looking to write a book, are you?

Evan shouted

Hit the turf! Now!

The CIA problem child was apparently unwilling. Evan came up on him, and he pulled out a knife. Evan bapped him right across his jaw with the butt of his rifle, and down he went.

Get up phuck! Get up! said Evan Will.

Dilbert lay stricken on the turf, eyes glazing over slowly, looking at the ceiling, and projecting the end for himself. Evan Will kicked him really hard along the place where Dilberts ass met his hips. Dilbert flew across the floor.

Get up. Said Evan Will again.

The CIA analyst named Dilbert began to show signs of life. Evan looked at Bingo. Bingo's look was 'exercise them, then pump them for information. They have excess energy.'

Evan said "That's okay maggot, you can lie down flat on your back. Leg lifts."

Evan snapped his fingers a couple times to communicate to Ann and Johnny that they were to join in as well. They did.

"Flat on your backs, people! Alright now up. Bring those legs up. Stay...... keep those legs up.

Bingo said

Come on! Come on!

"Thirty seconds, maggots. Up for thirty seconds. This is the interval." said Evan Will, and as he saw the youngsters struggling to keep their legs up he glided ever so gently toward Bingo, pulled out Dilbert's cell phone, and checked to see what he was texting. Bingo was looking.

JOHNNY TOLD ANN THAT THE NAVY IS A WHITE MAN'S OUTFIT. ANN, WHO IS AFRICAN AMERICAN, THREW A HIGH KICK AT HIS HEAD, WHICH HE NARROWLY DODGED. JOHNNY GRABBED ONE OF ANN'S ARMS, AND WENT TO WRAP HER UP. ANN LANDED A LIGHT SHOT WITH HER LEFT ELBOW TO JOHNNY'S HEAD, PARTIALLY AVOIDED. WHEN JOHNNY DUCKED< HE PICKED UP ANN AS HE WENT IN....

Evan looked at Bingo- I may owe this kid an apology. It wouldn't be the first time. Bingo whispered "Ann and Johnny may have a thing for each other." Evan looked at them, and sure enough, that's the way it it was. Evan looked at Dilbert, struggling to keep his legs up. He went over to him, kneeled down in front of his legs, pushed down on them lightly. Dilbert struggled on. Evan checked his watch.

"Ten seconds left." he said, and pushed down on Dilbert's legs lightly, making it more difficult for him, but also giving him some of Evan Will's own energy. Dilbert made it, barely.

"Down!" cried Evan Will. Ann and Johnny were huffing and puffing, and turned to each other. It was almost as if they had finished an outstanding bout of love making. It was glaringly obvious. What a scandal. Evan hooked Dilbert's right arm and pulled him up off the ground, and smacked his stomach with the back of his hand. He said

"Dilbert, the next time you pull a knife on me, you be willing to fight."

Dilbert looked hard at Evan Will.

"Go pick up your knife and sheath it. Unless you don't want it." said Evan Will in a deadly voice that sucked the oxygen out of the room.

Dilbert walked toward his knife on the other side of the room, limping visibly.

"Stop acting like you're hurt, Dilbert. I know that act." said Evan Will. Ann gasped. Evan turned toward the female, black American Army soldier. She shot him a look that turned his blood to ice water. Evan had a very bad premonition, he knew his life would change for good, and inalterably.

Dilbert shuffled toward his knife, one leg longer than the other. Evan Will hadn't injured him. This was Dilbert's normal condition. Evan looked at young sailor Johnnie. The look was returned with narrow contempt. Evan thought to himself 'I'm a master social intercourse, and I'm at a loss here, and just had a very bad premonition- review.'

Evans eyes widened when he realized that when he was assisting Dilbert with leg lifts. One of his legs was shorter than the other. Evan had just beat up a physically challenged individual. The fact that Dilbert was whole was no consolation. The Ease turned away, rubbing his chin, as if he were a leader in thought. His face went beet red, and he began to think how he was going to recuperate from this thing, when doubt entered his mind- maybe I've been wrong all along, thought Evan Will.

"Convene at the table. Be seated." The young geniuses took their seats. Evan fell back. Time is a buffer, yeah?

"You can call me Bingo. I'm a chief sniper in the United States Marine Corps. You go ahead, ladies first." said Bingo to Ann, gesturing so that she might introduce herself. Ann loked Bingo in his eyes and was instantly smitten. She said

"I'm an Army soldier."

"Okay, now you." said Bingo, looking at Johnny.

"You can call me, Johnny." said the Navy midshipman, with full aplomb.

"Proceed." said Bingo, thus one upping the young whelp.

"I'm a Navy man, through and through." replied Johnny, in rather cavalier fashion.

"What do you do in the Navy?" asked Bingo, with a tinge of gravitas to one up the one upper.

"I'm a botanist." replied Johnny, simply.

Evan Will was intrigued then, and approached Johnny. Evan said

"You're talking about you work with plants? Like a landscaper or something?"

"Roughly." replied Johnny, with an ooze in his voice that implied he was dealing with an inferior.

"I wasn't aware that there were botanists in the Navy." said Evan.

Johnny smirked visibly, gave Ann a special look, turned back to Evan and said

"Why would you think the U.S. Navy would lack botanists?"
