Laziness can account for all parties involved while dining. Servers neglecting tables, bartenders taking too long to make a vodka and soda, a server assistant not clearing dishes appropriately in a timely manner, or guests asking every question in the world about each menu item. Nowadays, due to this society's infatuation with food fads and quirks, most items are explained entirely on the menu to avoid allergies, etc. (BTW I firmly believe this gluten free addiction is a just a fad. Yes I said and I can say it again if you need me to.) If by saying this I have offended anyone who truly believes they have allergies to gluten I apologize. But I have studied food all of my life with scientific back ground, yes I can offer any back up if you need it. But do not please be lazy and enter a restaurant that specializes in non gluten free items and asked to be taken care of. Almost as if a vegetarian goes to a steak house and asks for veggie options. Go where you are going to be taken care of with out 10 modifications to your meal. I do believe gluten free kelp is offered at your local who gives a crap restaurant somewhere local.
