Flying in a tiny R22 with Corporate Helicopters, I spot the Carnival Elation just before it headed out for a cruise to Mexico.
Let's just hope that this ship does better than the Elation. That is the Carnival ship that had the fire off Baja and that has been laid up in San Diego harbor ever since, or at least until it left a day or two ago to limp elsewhere for major repair.
Oops! The comment should have read "Splendor." Are these ships just getting too large for a real seagoing experience?
