Yoga for Runners
On Saturday, July 7 at 9:30 a.m. Shauna McKay teaches Yoga for Runners, a therapeutic hatha yoga class for runners who suffer from tight, contracted muscles. The class is designed to open up these tight muscles to promote health and prevent injury and discomfort.
A $10 donation is requested and all proceeds support City of Hope, one of 40 National Cancer Institutes that conduct independent biomedical research, and provide comprehensive treatment and education for diabetes, HIV/AIDS, and cancer. Yoga for Runners will be held in lululemon's showroom (675 G St).
