When the end of the world does finally come in the form of a zombie outbreak, global warming, nuclear war, or a rainstorm of asteroids, it is up to the survivors to pick up the pieces and make a new world from the wreckage. It is not the apocalypse itself, but what comes after, that is the theme of Arte Fresca's show, MEND, which is currently on exhibit at Mosaic Wine Bar. Artists convey work that reflects the "rebuilding or 'mending' the world and our society after the apocalypse."
On Friday, January 11 at 8 p.m., you can meet the artists while enjoying live music, wine, appetizers, and a silent auction and art raffle.
