Homeland Security grant to send nearly $17 million for weapons, surveillance to San Diego region

HipCooks (4048 30th St.) in North Park is offering a class called Holy Mole! on Thursday, September 27 from 6-9 p.m. This wheat-free menu will include albondigas soup, nontraditional chili relleno with traditional red salsa, coconut chicken with rice and red mole, and ensalada de nopalitos, chile flan. Students will prepare these dishes and enjoy margaritas with the meal. There are 10 spaces left in this class. The cost of class is $55 and registration is required as space is limited.
