"What if visitors became curators and curators became visitors? What if exhibitions were not considered spaces, but rather experiences?" Soapbox! is the Museum of Photographic Arts' "crowd-sourced exhibition" based on viewer ratings of images in the Museum and in the online gallery. The result is 120 images reflecting our aesthetics.
The exhibition opens October 6 and runs into September of next year. The Museum of Photographic Arts (1649 El Prado) is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free-$8.
