So Say We All, a nonprofit arts organization, hosts Long Story Short, "a populist platform available to the entire community by inviting anyone, and we mean anyone, to join us and tell a five-minute or less story, without notes, on a different theme every month."

This month's theme? Heroes and Villains: "Every good comic book has a hero and a villain. And though the line isn’t always so clearly drawn in our own lives, we all have people we idolize or vilify." The event will be held at Space 4 Art (325 15th St) on Sunday, June 24 at 7 p.m. A $5 donation is suggested.
