What is not, are the neighborhoods, mostly colleges, I designated. So these are institutions of high learning? Why is it I find no evidence of such? Is it merely a rumour or perhaps a government conspiracy? One should expect the academic employees to have their elitist heads, distant from we commoners, but I wished students a a hope. Nothing! Oceanside is more fortunate, it has a Greyhound station, and nearby by an Amtrak, forget the Sprinter it just returns to more Vistas.
