An alleged drug dealer from California was nabbed in Tijuana today, May 2nd. The Coordinación de Enlace Internacional de la Policía Estatal Preventiva (International Coordination Liaison of the State Preventive Police) apprehended the fugitive, after requests from United States law enforcement were made.
23 year old Alfredo Reynoso Ochoa had been wanted in California since March 4th. The U. S. Marshals suspected he had fled to Baja and aided in finding the suspect.
Ochoa was paraded in front of media after his arrest, as many criminals in Mexico are. He was then immediately handed over to the U.S. Marshals for removal to the United States.
Details on Ochoa’s charges and his city of origin were not disclosed.
