Arch-conservative billionaire political activists Charles and David Koch will hold a convention in San Diego June 23, according to Kenneth P. Vogel and Tarini Parti of Politico.com. The meeting is secretive and the authors couldn't find out where the convention will be held. The authors say the Koch brothers want to boost their 2012 political spending above the earlier planned $395 million.
