Welcome to my blog, and let's blog to health! These days, people want to stay informed about healthcare and empower themselves with what they can do to stay healthy on a daily basis. Prevention being the best medicine means that education becomes an important part of self care too. The word "doctor" in fact comes from the Latin "docere," meaning "to teach." Learning more about one's health can be a powerful piece to enjoying increased energy, a stronger immune system, and getting the most out of other aspects of life as well.
In this blog, I will explore different healthcare topics that affect all of us including stress, sleep, diet, and more. In addition to the physical aspect of each topic, I also enjoy tying in the mental-emotional piece to wellness. Getting healthy and fit doesn't have to be just a bunch of rules about what to do and what not to do. The journey itself can be rewarding, and so I hope you enjoy reading these posts on the road to wellness.
