Just hits home. I think the stuff you write about (what I call 'the agita') is much tougher to put into words. Glad you manage as well as you do though as it helps me understand stuff on my own end.

you "made" me look up agita ...boy oh boy can i relate and i don't manage it all that well considering i am dwelling on incidents from yesterday which is keeping from the duties of today ...maybe writing something will help !
