Officers arrived to find a Hispanic male was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Officers began CPR. When paramedics arrived, the victim died at the scene.

The victim, 32, had been trick-or-treating with family members earlier. He was standing in front of his house when witnesses heard a gunshot. The victim was then seen struggling with at least one male suspect.

During the struggle, the suspect fired several more shots, striking the victim.

The shooter and two other Hispanic males ran from the area immediately following the shooting.

Two of the suspects were wearing Halloween masks and the third suspect’s face was covered by a bandana.
