Bernard Guillas of the Marine Room, one of San Diego’s top toques has been garnering recognition well beyond local borders. He was recently inducted into the very prestigious Maitres Cuisiniers de France, received IACP nominations in two categories for his "Two Chefs One World" cookbook, and lots more. This week he appears on the Today Show with a cooking segment that airs Wednesday, March 23 at 10:40am with Kathie Lee Gifford. Locally, you can catch him hosting cooking classes at Macy's.
