Well, it's always Earth Week at J-6 with chef Christian Graves, but during the official week they have some serious bargains if you can think a month ahead. One is a three-course Chef Tasting for just $30 (with paired oraganic wines $46) of soup or salad, wild striped bass, homemade gelato or sorbet. Going bigger it's a five-course Chef's Mercy for $59 ($79 with organic matched wines) for the whole table to commit to. Both great bargains, given the quality.
