Chef Amy Di Biase has quit Cosmopolitan in Old Town due to hassles with the management, which apparently wanted "one size fits all" crowd-pleaser food. So just forget everything good I said about Cosmo a few weeks ago. Looks like they want to make it another Old Town tourist trap. Confirms the old sayings about SD, that only chains and mediocrities survive.

We're shocked to learn of the sudden death of the charming, handsome Julien Hug, manager of Mille Fleurs, beautiful son of restaurateur Bertrand Hug. Our deepest sympathy to his family.
