The Third Corner's four-course Evening Land Wine Dinner on Tuesday, May 24th, bears a price of merely $50, including poured wines to complement the menu (plus tax and tip, of course.) .

You'll spend the evening with famed winemaker, Sashi Moorman. Evening Land is one of the hottest wineries on the market today.

Here's the menu:

Reception: Reventos Cava, Spain, 2007

First Course: Scallops served over fresh greens and watercress, topped with a citrus vinaigrette. Wine: Chardonnay, Arroyo Grande, 2009

Second Course: Caramelized quail with smoked paprika, served over steamed quinoa. Wines: Pinot Noir, California, Blue Label, 2009, Pinot Noir Estate, Santa Rita Hills 2009

Third Course: Marinated duck breast with wilted spinach and sautéed squash with a pinot noir drizzle. Wines: Pinot Noir, Bloomsfield Vineyard, Santa Rita Hills, 2009, Pinot Noir Tempest Vineyard Santa Rita Hills, 2009

Fourth Course: Cheese soufflé. Wine: Pinot Noir Occidental Coast, 2009
