Oh, and one more Food Truck thing:
Cupcakes. Had my first since I was a kid at the Corner Cupcakes truck.
You can choose your own frosting. I got red velvet with cream cheese frosting ($2.50), plus a chocolate with cream cheese for Carla.
I mean, I'm not even into cakey kinds of things, but mine had this liquidy center - raspberry? - with the tarter taste of the cream cheese on top. Totally awesome.
Carla's verdict: "Moist. Mouth-melting. Incredible."
Michael, guy who was egging me on to get one of these, says it's a Southern tradition. Would they approve of these versions in Atlanta?
