All these quizzes and I can't even get past the credits!

Here is a collection of crazy characters culled from closing crawls, one-of-a-kind credits, and offbeat advisory openers. There's even a typo! Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to tell me where each of these oddball tags and handles come from.

Good luck!

OK, I know 1 & 3, (I got the answer by simply typing the given text into a search engine, so it doesn't count), but I'm blanking on the rest.

1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 18 are still up for grabs, but again I find myself dazzled by your speed and accuracy, 00711. These are fairly tough. I wish there was a prize, other than my undying admiration. Bravo x 100!

And the "Opuls" bit was my pleasure. I've been wanting to get that out of my system for ages.

  • I was district manager of three music stores at the time and knew of the credits from customers who asked.

** Wikipedia not only has the entire list of cartoons (from which I wanted to choose) but the credits as well - I feel so "What's My Line?"
