The first Thanksgiving was celebrated in 1619, one year before the pilgrims landed at Plymouth by the English and the locals. It was held on the banks of the James River, where now is Berkeley Plantation. This is the birth place of the 9th president of the United States, William Henery. Most people remember the Traditional Thanksgiving Day in 1621 in Plymouth with the 50 pilgrims and 90 Wampanoag Indians of Martha's Vineyard. Not long after the signing of The Treaty of Paris the ship Empress of China sailed from America in 1784 with Frank Lloyd Wright as one of it's passangers to China and we went further and started trade with Japan and Pusan, Korea. In 1847 Chinese students came to America and studied trade. We now do some $900E9 in trade with China. So what is China afraid of now?. Russia has joined NATO and Vietnam and Japan are with Russia and the U.S., they are surrounded now, with U.S. Taiwan relations. So how does North Korea fit into the whole picture?. It is the key to the Northern door to China and this is why korea has been ruled by foreign powers forever. So lets not forget Yi Sun-Shin and the Turtle ships. Happy Thanksgiving.
