To SDaniels I am working as a bakers helper because of the heat transer, referigeration,HVAC, machines,and food handling problem that we incounter on a daily work day. The cutting dies and equipment we use to form the breads and danish are endless. To take flour water and a few other items and create an art piece of sweet delight is a fullfilling experience. I also fry donuts in a deep fryer so I do some cooking also. The ovens and prep boxes are also a learning experience.
