BIRDS OF THE NIGHT!
I live along Tecolote Canyon in Linda Vista and every night around 2:00- 3:00 am I can hear these owls, the same two owls I have been tracking for several years now. It tells me that the owls are finding food in the canyon. Several weeks ago I was awaken by there hooting. It was a strange hooting kinda of deep and long pause in between every hoot. I grab my flash light and went out in my back yard and in my apple tree were the 2 owls I have been tracking , plus one more , a baby, their baby, They had come to show me their baby, it still had some of baby feathers . At frist I thought I was dreaming, but a few sec. later they flew off to a higher tree and baby flying right behind mom.
