Jacumba trusts Dave Landman, the naked guy
I wish Mr. Landman the success he's looking for, the town could certainly use it. Unfortunately I've seen several proposals and investors fail in this same area. Some wanted build a resort centered around golf courses, others planned to build homes. They all failed because for the same reason and it wasn't lack of money, it was Diane Jacobs. These investors even contributed to her campaign, she took the money, but granted no access. Ms. Jacobs is more interested in seeing the town remain as-is or turn to dust so she can save the trails for her horse riding.— May 26, 2012 1:27 p.m.
