Circus Freaks Welcome
no cops yet huh? well if I keep finding beer bottles on the hood of my car and finding drunken morons pissing in my planter outside my kids room: this will change! What was a construction site is now completed $900K plus townhomes. So getting home in the evening and finding about 40 kids skateboarding and drinking in the street is not my favorite thing, if I wanted that I would move to P.B., and good luck finding a parking spot during one of these "parties". Great for them, crappy for the neighborhood. Clean it up, or the cops will begin to appear... Probably not the best idea to advertise your party business on the internet, I'm sure the fire department would love to tell you what the max occupancy is for a basement that I am sure does not comply with fire code would be... Just a thought.— July 22, 2008 11:19 p.m.
Hot-Shot Bouncer
This represents the general attitude of the SDPD. They would rather arrest everyone than actually get some witness statements and do the right thing. If this happens to anyone, you demand that the officers give you an incident number and or request a supervising sergeant.— April 17, 2008 12:31 a.m.
Avenue 5
This place is not worth wasting your time. Average food, average service, bad drinks, high prices... It's a Yugo in Cadillac clothing. And not a nice Cadillac.— March 29, 2008 4:28 p.m.
Sweet deal
Has anyone noticed that San Diego is becoming a police state? Try and not break the law nowadays... good luck! The courts are a joke, the jails are run as a business, all the city and county sweetheart deals go to law enforcement, the mayor is the ex chief of police. Somebody please tell me what being a cop and running our city have in common! We have let them take over, we didn't even fight. While I have no problem with the SDPD, the sheriffs department is the biggest group of drop out morons in the state. They are completely unprofessional and have a dangerous cowboy style mentality. We need to act people.— March 29, 2008 2:36 a.m.
