William Heise County Park, a fine spot for camping and hiking near Julian, features bright autumn colors in October and November.

We stayed at this park before, it's quite and they have lot's of wild turkeys running around. We rented a trailer from http://www.albertsrvrental.com and had it delivered to the campsite. Not alot of tent campers but more trailers and motorhomes. Have fun!!

Campland on the Bay

We stayed at this campsite last summer for a week, what a really nice RV park. We rented a RV From http://www.albertsrvrental.com and they delivered it right to the park and set it up for us. The park had full hook ups and they even had telephone and cable tv hook ups. All around 5 stars!!

Visit Imperial County's Pumpkin Patch, where stone pumpkins dot the barren desert landscape.

If you would like to camp in this area you can rent dirt bike to get there. Also, if you need a rental camper see http://www.ocotillowellsrentals.com they have discount rentals to stay in.
