Del Mar Manzanita (Arctostaphylos glandulosa crassifolia), Los Penasquitos Preserve, October 2013. This is the largest Del Mar Manzanita I have ever seen. Over 10 feet tall with a 1-2 foot root burl. An impressive specimen that must be a century or more old!
